Terms of Service

The rules of the vault. Please read them carefully before buying or selling.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using G.O.A.T. VAULT CARDS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to make purchases on this site.
  • Accounts must be registered with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Products & Listings

  • All cards are described to the best of our ability, including grade, cert number, serial number, and condition notes.
  • Inventory is subject to availability. Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • Images are provided for reference and represent the actual item offered unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and any applicable fees.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including fraud prevention or inventory errors.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping methods, fees, and delivery times are presented at checkout. All shipments are insured and require signature confirmation.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for counterfeit, damaged, or misrepresented items as detailed in our Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Users may not engage in fraudulent transactions, abuse promotions, or attempt to circumvent platform security.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

  • G.O.A.T. VAULT CARDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or purchase of products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
